I woke up at 6:00 am. Got out of bed and went to my computer. I put on Angels turning the volume up as loud as I could stand it. The next thing you know I was slicing onions, Garlic and Pork, placing it all carefully into an 18" cast iron skillet and anointing it with Sichuan Sauce and Jack Daniels. I don’t know what this all means but I’m still listening to Angels and I have great anticipation.
